Nursing department encourages an environment that fosters professional development, to meet the updated present and future challenges in healthcare practices. In line with continuous education and professional development, we sent qualified nurses for higher qualification degrees such as Master in Nursing. In addition, we arrange an annual plan to send nurses for different specialty courses in ICU, NICU, Emergency, etc. and others.
Nursing department develops a Nursing Career Plan policy to encourage nursing progress and or advance nurses’ career or position. Courses and training related to clinical skill practice annually organized to augment nurse’s knowledge and skills.
The nurse training coordinator monitor the number of Continuous Professional Developments (CPD) for individual nurse to meet the required total CPD for NHRA nursing license.
