New Life Gym offers an ideal environment to tone, tighten, lose weight, build strength and increase stamina. Our fully qualified team are on hand to provide you with the advice & support you need to help you achieve fantastic results at a very reasonable price. The gym has a cardiovascular area, fixed and free weights, core and stretch area.
