We prepare all our dishes with fresh produce. Where possible we buy our ingredients locally and provide all our fish from sustainable sources. You can choose from a varied menu that is influenced by many different styles of cookery. We’ll provide you with a diet suitable for your individual nutritional needs.
BDF Royal Medical Services - Catering Department is glad to serve the patients and staffs to the best of our capacity.
The accomplishments of our department:
- We have changed some special diets.
- We provide special meal to K.D.U.
- We are giving N.G.T for our patients also. This is the follow up treatment from our side by provide healthy food for our patient.
- Worked together for Bahraini Diabetic Society for 3 complete days, 5 meals a day.
The Supply Division:
- The Supply Division operates 24 hours a day, seven days a week, serving three meals to patients as well as some snacks between meals to patients who require them.
- The patients have their own program which allows them to select from 3 daily entries. There is a special diet for diabetic, hypertensive and other patients who are served meals as suggested by their physician and type of disease.
