and get advice if you have:

• Returned from travel in the past two weeks
• Been in contact with a positive COVID-19 patient
• Are symptomatic: Fever or cough OR shortness of breath.

When attending the Corona(COVID-19) Screening Clinic,
for your safety:

• Masks should be worn at all times
• Instructions given by the attending doctor should be followed
• Keep a distance of 1.5 meters between yourself and other around you.
