Are you moving poorly because you are in pain? Or are you in pain because you are moving poorly?’. This very exact quote has inspired me to peruse a career in physiotherapy and has motivated me to take up amaster’s degree in Sports Therapy in Leeds Beckett University.

Iam also one of the co-founders of New Life which is a hybrid between a rehabilitation centre and a gym. This project is an innovation with the goal of promoting a healthy life style for patients and non-patients with the additional benefit of utilizing physiotherapists for rehabilitation purposes for those in need, especially patients post injuries and surgeries.

Qualification:

  • MSc. Sport therapy.
  • BSc. Physiotherapy.
  • Diploma in Football Medicine (FIFA).
  • Diploma in Human Nutrition.
  • Certified fitness instructor and personal training Level 1, 2 and 3.
  • Six years’ experience of sport rehabilitation and fitness supervision. 

Mrs. Noora Almutawaa (In-charge of Female Section)

Mrs. Noora Almutawaa (In-charge of Female Section)

Mrs. Noora AlMutawaa has been in the health and fitness industry since 2012. She is a highly qualified fitness instructor and a personal trainer. She is delivering personal training sessions supporting, rehab and planning gym-based exercise for clients and patients post bariatric surgeries i.e gastric sleeve, gastric band and patients post orthopaedic surgeries.She is also a qualified senior physiotherapist and an expert in rehabilitation and conditioning for clients who suffer from sports injuries. 

Noora designed the physical activity protocols and exercises strategies for post bariatric surgery patients in BDF hospital; also she created many personalized programs for our clients.

Qualification:

  • BSc. (Hons)Physiotherapy.
  • Certified fitness instructor and personal training Level 1, 2 and 3.
  • Six years’ experience of sport rehabilitation and fitness supervision - Present.

1st LT. Mohammed Mattar is a physiotherapist and a certified fitness trainer. He obtained Level 1, 2 and 3 certifications in personal training, post-sports injuries rehabilitation and post-surgical obesity procedures. His expertise as a physiotherapist and a fitness trainer has benefited many of our clients by reaching their fitness goal.

1st LT. Abdulrahman Bahar is a physiotherapist and certified fitness trainer.  Specialist in post-sports injuries rehabilitation and post-surgical obesity procedures. His expertise as a physiotherapist and a fitness trainer has benefited many of our clients by reaching their fitness goals.

Mrs. Aysha Alsayed

Mrs. Aysha Alsayed

Mrs. Aysha Alsayed is a senior physiotherapist since 2009 and a trainer at new life gym since 2012. Her main role in the gym is to create a proper program to each clients depending on their needs. She is specialized in rehabilitating post and pre op orthopaedic clients and train clints with bariatric surgery and weight loose.

  • BSc. Physiotherapy

Mr. Dennis

Mr. Dennis

Mr. Dennis is a fitness trainer with over 15 years of experience. He usually combines personal training by using correct training techniques effective cardio programs which result in fat loss while maintaining muscle mass. He is also a bodybuilder competitor' and has been training for over 15 years. He specializes in strength training weight loss, toning and shaping, TRX suspension training.

Mrs. Cindy has been in the health and fitness field for the past two years. She is a passionate personal trainer with certifications in TRX, RIP:60 and suspension training. Her main goal is to train and motivate people to meet their fitness and health goals.

Mrs. Angele

Mrs. Angele

Mrs. Angele has been in the health and fitness industry for the past two years. She is a highly qualified fitness instructor. She earned multiple certifications including TRX suspension training, VIPR, Lose IT Program, Hard core, Heart Saver First AID, CPR and AED. She specializes in strength training, weight loss, weight training, toning and shaping, and functional training. She utilizes various modalities to reach and adapt to individual goals.

Mr. Raul has more than 15 years of experience as a Professional Coach and Personal Trainer specifically to health and fitness program and have a proven track record of retaining clients on a long term basis.  Assisted clients in obtaining their goals and maintain their workout plan.  Participated in athletic events or competitive sports. A Certified Fitness Trainer, self-motivated, target achiever and a team player.  Work under pressure and conduct multi-task activities particular to health fitness & work out program.
